Top Of Books On Psychology
Ilya Sidorenko once again challenged me, Sergei Kalinin, " simple " request: top-10 list of personal development books♪
It's a really difficult task for me, because I've been doing a long time in my personal development. There are many areas of personal development (telephone, financial, career, intellectual, etc.) and each has dozens, if not hundreds of great books.
Then I just sat down and started remembering, and where did my personal development start? What books have the most affected me? However, in order not to create a vineyard, I decided to include it on that list. books on psychology only♪ Because psychology is my first education, and in fact, my life's calling.
There are two other criteria on which I have drawn up this list:
(1) These books are written in quite simple language. They are available to understand even an unprepared reader.
(2) These are sort of classic “conceptual” books. Each of them contains psychological ideas, principles and technologies that can literally turn your life.
Many popular books have been published today, developing the ideas contained in these books. But they're too simple and pink. I recommend that you spare your time, and that's what it takes to think about.
So, top-10 psychological books on personal growth (this is not a rating, that is, all points are roughly equivalent):
Much of our psychiatrist works as a car. Many of our skills are hard behavioural patterns. These are the most conditional reflexes that I.P.P.P. Pavlov discovered.
We may think we're in control of our lives, but in fact, we're, like dripped dogs, just responding to the bell ring (or another conditional incentive). How are these behavioural schemes developed? How do you recognize them in yourself? How do you change them to more flexible and adaptive? The answers to these and other questions are in the book!
Psychology has a section on functionality. It's about the mood and how good we do our job. Functional conditions are different - exhaustion, tension, gambling, stress, etc. There are negative (temperatures) but positive.
Chixentmihai has opened a truly magical “Exyr of Higher Productivity”:) is the state of flow. This is the best functional state for the highest productivity in any activity. If you learn to catch the flow, any case will be on your shoulder!
(In Russia, two more Chixentmihaya books were published: " Looking for the flow " and " Identity revolution " . If this, the first published in Russia, you'll like his book, you'll be bold reading them too.
